MirYam Aquaculture Projects (MAP) is a confirmed presence at IFC Brasil 2025, which takes place from September 2nd to 4th in Foz do Iguaçu (PR). The event will host the largest aquaculture debate and business forum in South America, bringing together all links in the production chain in one place.

With a key role in the modernization of Brazilian aquaculture, the company brings technology and innovation to the sector. Since 2021, it has established strategic partnerships in RAS recirculation aquaculture projects, such as Copacol model larviculture (UPA Quarto Centenário), and in the machinery sector for processing plants with C.Vale.

The new Speed Cleaning Machine (SCM) scaler and eviscerator will be on display, an Israeli technology that is already an approved success in the Brazilian market. The machine was recently acquired by C.Vale.

According to the company's CEO, Yedod Snir, IFC Brasil offers the ideal environment to present high-impact technological solutions to the market and form strategic partnerships.

Highly efficient, the equipment processes 30 fish per minute, carrying out scaling and evisceration with precision. In less than a year, the SCM became the standard scaler at the C.Vale Palotina processing plant.

Another new product on the market is a fully automatic filleting line, consisting of a header, eviscerator and fillet machine, with a capacity for 20 to 25 fish per minute. The machine is supplied by Pisces Fish Machinery, one of the most respected companies in the development of fish processing technologies.
